INIKIN is volcanic mineral water launched by Yili. For this daily consumer project, we needed to improve the product's identification by design methods while balancing costs and efficiency in terms of mass production, logistic, retail, and many other factors. The bottle design used a geometric expression with volcanic rocks as motifs. When the bottled water receives light, it repeats complex glittering and irregular reflections inside and outside the bottle. To make it possible to feel the unique nature of this volcanic mineral water visually and tactilely.
