The GUI design (Graphic User Interface) for Innov-is I with embroidery function includes pattern selection, editing and setting of needlework on a large touch panel screen. The simple flow for operation and clear grouping of display and operation areas are created by information design methods. The quality appearance of this top-level machine and the look-and-feel design give the joy of creating own works to the targeted female users in their fifties. Sound design for starting up and ending the needle work is aimed to present the joy of embroidering. The real view display for embroidery, animations for operation and zooming of needlepoint is provided for usability.
