IRMA 6 is a counting sensor designed to optimize public transport. It’s installed above the door area of the vehicles and records the flow of passengers, counting boarding and alighting people and specific objects such as bikes or wheelchairs. As in all modern industries, the advancing digitalization of mass transit is based on data. With IRMA 6, passenger information is available in real time and can be used as needed. The new IRMA sensor networks vehicles, transport companies, and operators and is an absolutely fault-tolerant, intuitive and aesthetically integrated product for installation and operation, which shortens work steps at all levels of use.
