This trend drove us to develop the Itaú Keyboard, allowing people to transfer money without leaving their conversation. By simply switching keyboards, 500k users enabled the feature within the 1st week and made 40k transfers. In the 1st month, more than USD 20 million was transferred. All in all, it is an Itaú solution led by our customer-driven culture which aims to positively impact people's lives and their relationship to their daily financial needs.
