Interior Design of Restaurant
The Spirit of the design is the Japanese Karesansui landscape embracing Chinese culture. Karesansui elements of water, waves, plants, and rocks build the framework, while Chinese garden objects and auspicious symbols are ingredients. The result is natural stereoscopic scenery. Shopfront exhibits bold images of water currents. An array of symbolic bamboo trees made of metal bars become a screen. With special lighting, the bars also show a wavy pattern. In the atrium, the ceiling design is a school of fish rippling the water in a pond. Mirror patterned steel plates, and red and white fish-shaped decorations put together a picturesque scene.
