Until now, employees chose work spaces based on activity, with "each space for 1 type of activity", and lacking support for Teamwork. This time, focus was placed on projects and team workstyles, introducing a seating management system which for changes to the activities carried out in a space based on workstyle. This is a new way to allow use of 1 space for multiple purposes through a combination of space and technology. The office is a place for people to gather and "work while motivating each other and build connections" and to "enhance engagement and productivity", offering visitors a glimpse into the future of "working".
