JINS Holdings Tokyo Head Office

office

JINS HOLDINGS Inc.

This project is a relocation of the Tokyo headquarters of JINS HOLDINGS. The new building is a nine-story building scheduled for its demolition in near future, which was rented and renovated entirely based on the following two concepts. "Create space by demolishing" is a subtractive design, to create spaces by stripping off the finishes and making openings to the existing slabs, while minimizing new construction in consideration to the sustainability. “Museum x Office” is to reconfigure the spaces generated by demolishing, as a place where the sensibility and creativity of the people working there are stimulated like an art museum.
