The new JOKER can be configured as a convection oven, baking oven, or combi steamer for three different tray sizes. Just what the customer needs: the right fit! Eloma’s new compact class adjusts in configuration and investment to the customer’s needs. The design of the new JOKER, based on neuroscientific analyses, ensures easy and intuitive operation, flexibility, and lets the customer decide on the control module position for a truly modular concept.
