Juknokwon Art Center : Take root in the sky

Media Exhibitions, Media Art, Media Design

This project aimed to enrich the "Yi I-nam Art Center" in Juknokwon(Bamboo Forest), Damyang city with better content. As the project progressed, we decided to focus more on the fact that this space is located in a bamboo forest that represents Damyang's identity, rather than solely on "art." We aimed to align the value of bamboo with Damyang City, making it appear as though the value of bamboo belongs to Damyang. Consequently, we created a space that showcases not just individual art, but the art of Juknokwon, reflecting Damyang's values and the spirit of our nation embedded within it.
