K House
Residential interior
K house is located in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Bodrum, Turkey. This small-scale residential project was designed and built in 2020. The project includes two bedrooms, three toilets, and an open plan kitchen with the living room. The astonishing view of the Aegean Sea from the glazed façade and the interplay of natural light with interior colors create a spacious and vivid living area. The design of walls and ceilings reflects the excitement and serenity of summer in Bodrum. The circular furnishing plan of the living room represents a fluent use of space. This design provides a frame for contemplation of a work of art, namely the sea.
