THOUGHTFUL MODERNIZATION OF A CLASSIC After 50 successful years in the market, ERLUS is modernizing the KARAT® with a new design and technology. The Designstudio speziell® was involved in every stage of development, ensuring a harmonious blend of form and function. Three key advantages stand out as our weather becomes more extreme: The KARAT® boasts deep, triple interlocking joints that repel driving rain from the sub-roof – even with a standard roof pitch as low as 7°. The new hold-down system with hooks strengthens the KARAT®'s resistance to wind suction. The improved ribbing on the underside allows to withstand hailstones of up to 4 cm.
