Hotel design

Located in Shangri-La, the homestay hotel Karesansui is geographically blessed – only three minutes' walk from the popular Sifang Street. The six buildings of Karesansui are built on a slope, and took nearly two years to construct. During the construction period, the creative director Xu Xujun stayed onsite with his assistants for nearly a year. His insight and oversight contributed to the perfect implementation of the design. Bridged by corridors, the structures are undulating and interwoven with each other and seem almost to float in the air.
