Three-storey Private Villa in Beykoz

Located within the disciplined framework of Beykoz Konakları, Karslı House reinterprets domestic space through a measured yet expressive interior language. Designed by Urbanjobs, the project explores how material, light, and proportion create a silent sense of luxury that unfolds gradually. Without altering the villa’s façade, the interior becomes a tactile, serene landscape where natural light acts as structure. Travertine, bronze, and pale wood define warmth and restraint, while custom furniture refines intimacy. As in all Urbanjobs work, form is quiet yet intentional—a study in “the silent geometry of space.”
