KHS Human Machine Interface (HMI)

Innovative interface

The intelligent HMI has been developed with the objective of placing the focus on global user. For the first time, operation and monitoring of local machines as well as entire production lines are combined on one interface. Complex processes are shown in an understandable form thanks to the optimum linking of ergonomics, navigation and design. Simple operation is facilitated by icons, display of various colors and interactive user prompts. User-based profiles are called up via ID card that shows the relevant user data. Mobile hand-held devices enable operation and diagnostic analysis from any location – for maximum flexibility.
