Until now, the team leader tabulated memos handwritten by line operators who discovered defects and transferred them to paper and computer ledgers, but unifying these operations on a mobile phone app enables the line operator to record the data directly, which reduces the burden previously concentrated on the team leader and input mistakes. In addition, by immediately converting information on defects into data, greater efficiency is achieved for the plant as a whole.
