There is an aesthetic regarding the idea of “slowness” in Korean cuisine and dining. The restaurant interior pursues a natural and straightforward design through minimalism rather than lavish ornaments. You enter through a space dominated by a white ceramic piece by the artist Hyon Jung Lee; the white symbolizes infinite space. The installation above it is a shower of rice, which contributes to the richness of the dining experience.
