Kravox

Open-Source Synthesizer

Kravox is a cross-platform compatible, touch- and motion-sensitive open source musical instrument that consists of three components - wireless controller/s, receiver and software. Kravox cannot be bought in stores, but I made it accessible as a musical experimentation platform for everyone! The necessary plans and software for building a Kravox have been featured together with several video tutorials on Arduino.cc, Hackster.io & Instructables.com ( https://www.instructables.com/id/Kravox-Wireless-Motion-and-Touch-Sensing-Musical-I/ ). This way everyone shall get the opportunity to build and play this exciting new instrument!

WINNER STATEMENT

I am delighted to have won an iF Award in the category "sharing is the new buying"! What I like most is that now even more people will become aware of KRAVOX and can build their own synthesizer. The award also motivates me a lot to work on my next big open-source project. You can find out more on www.timkrahmer.com
