Kultohr is an interactive mobile culture guide to the Neuss Rhine District. Anytime and anywhere, information about the most popular places can be accessed by mobile phone. The sign of Kultohr can be interpreted in many ways: it visualizes the talk about a place (speech bubble with content), it marks a location (pin), it illustrates an encircled destination or it just stands for listening. These metaphors are perpetuated on the different media.
