Corporate Design

The International Short Film Festival Oberhausen is one of the most respected film festivals worldwide. Every year since 2003 BOROS has developed a new and independent key visual on the basis of a flexible and distinctive corporate design. In 2011 the topic is “Shooting Animals. A Brief History of Animal Film” and for the first time ever the key visual dispenses with photographs and colors. It shows different overlaying silhouettes of animals. Single shapes of animals become indistinct – new ones emerge. The inverted logo of the Short Film Festival appearing in the overlapping intersections adds to the confusion.
