mountain retreat of the company

KAJIMA CORPORATION Tokyo Arch. Construction Branch

The site is located at the foot of a small mountain in a resort town of Karuizawa. There is a spring and a variety of animals and vegetations here. A new mountain retreat for Kajima Corporation employees was planned on this site. 14 villas with a private atmosphere were planned. The unique villa shape was placed in a complex, beautiful natural environment to create various scenes. Various environmental initiatives were also implemented, including the installation of a bridge made of concrete that absorbs CO2, the promotion of forest resource recycling, and the promotion of biodiversity, for which SITES Platinum certification was obtained.
