Paco Lago InteriorizaLa Cosmo is third out of three restaurants owned by awarded local chef Dani Carnero. Despite of being linked to fine dining, this concept is looking to approach an informal way of dining, linked to every produce &producer. We can say, in the end, that La Cosmo is the amusing side of Dani’s kitchen, and so we tried to do. The place is an open concept where the food, the staff, the design and the customers get involved together in a game that you want to never end.
