Sustainable Furniture Line

Green Action in Enterprises (GAIN) GIZ-implemented project on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)

"Lammeh" is a contract furniture line inspired by the prevailing ethos of the Arab Majlis, where the term "Lammeh" itself means gathering in Arabic. It embodies the essence of gathering and transformation, mirroring the abundant fabric waste it collects and repurposes into distinctive social spaces designed to bring people together. This project addresses the pressing issue of fabric waste originating from ready-made garment factories in Jordan. It not only reimagines the use of these discarded textiles but also contributes to fostering meaningful connections.
