The design concept of Lanting Restaurant is to serve multi-culture dishes and to create a space in respond to a poem - Lanting Xu. The designer adopts natural material: stones, bamboo and wood, to create the scene of the classical poetry. Glass printed with dark bamboo is the main visual element, surrounded by black sheet mica and cut stones, which represents water surface and mountains. The idea of bringing orient with modern elements together provides users a joyful feeling.
