The 180 cm-long island chimney hood is absolutely ideal for generously dimensioned kitchens featuring an island arrangement. Two flues, each with a low-noise fan motor, dispose of the stale air. Operation is via a piezo control unit on the stainless steel upper surface. The 7-segment LED display is set flush into the material. For Siemens, the ability to operate the chimney hood from both sides is an absolute must. The ET 957 501 glass ceramic hob is 90 cm wide. Five cooking zones cater for all situations likely to be encountered in semiprofessional cookery. Touch controls are mounted on the frontal bevel, while stainless steel lisenes protect the sides of the glass. A timer and minute minder are integrated features. Additionally the 515 502 glass ceramic Domino hob offers two induction hobs for rapid heating and the ER 511 502 glass ceramic Domino hob features a 5.6 kW gas wok burner. The special wok hob is the ideal complement to the two electric hobs with their convection heating and induction cooking zones.
