Combining stylish design with heavy duty performance, the LC8900 is a commercially inspired food processing machine. The result is a food processor with exceptional build quality, offering the domestic user numerous processing features only found in premium commercial equipment. This is the first induction motor driven appliance to be added to the Sunbeam Café Series range. Induction motors are more commonly used for high load applications such as clothes washers, dryers and refrigerators. They provide greater starting torque which is ideal for high load food preparation such as bread doughs. The design focus has been on easy to clean surfaces and compactness. Through form, the product has been designed to express its robust capability and simple function.
