Raum D is a therapeutic studio for people with dementia. Here, creative work offers patients new ways of dealing with their memories. Our task: to raise awareness of the Raum D therapy program and of the complexity of this issue, in the region and in local media. Our idea: to trace the life story of a patient, memory by memory – as a three-dimensional model of a brain. And by doing so, to bring this person’s special moments to life and make them accessible: from birth to old age and from personal moments to events which changed the world. The result: more than 1,200 exhibition visitors and 215 initial contacts.
