The “Lebensbaum” teas owe their taste solely to their origins: the mineral-rich volcanic soil from the Korean island of Jeju, the plateau of Nuwara Eliya in Sri Lanka and the highlands of Tiger Hill in Darjeeling. The premium organic quality is also reflected in the packaging: a classic black tin, which can be reused in a number of different ways thanks to the removable label. Yet it even cuts a good figure with the label on: understated illustrations reference the growing regions, the typography is simple yet lovingly designed and the color scheme is at once logical and low-key.
