Lotte Department store
We rebranded Lotte Department Store Food Market 'Food Avenue' with a new name and design. The new brand, 'Lépicerie' combines Lotte's 'L' with the French word for grocery store, 'épicerie', creating a clear and intuitive identity. The differentiating point of Lépicerie's design is that we created a Lotte-like identity by discovering details from Lotte's heritage that can appeal to current customers. We reinterpreted the Art Nouveau curves that Lotte has used in the past with a motif of nature, and contemporary elements that add vibrancy are appropriately harmonized to convey both Lotte's unique style and a new sensibility.
