Tumbler washer application
ESG platformization through mycup app. LG Electronics launched 'mycup', a tumbler washing service platform, to address the increasing number of tumbler users due to disposable cup regulations. Targeting tumbler users and cafe users, we focused on optimizing the 'tumbler washing' which was the biggest limitation in using tumblers, and built an eco-friendly platform with a washing device and app. It features reservations and operation through an app using cloud technology, and provides a variety of washing courses to suit customer needs through quick and extra washing courses.
