Optimus 2.0, a new Android-based smartphone interface, provides new functions such as “What’s New” that allows users to run apps without having to unlock the phone for checking notifications, and tap-type “Home screen edit mode” for moving elements like widgets, shortcuts, folders, wallpapers and etc. around without changing depth to drastically reduce user’s control levels. 20 widgets come in unified black and white style for esthetic, simple and modern feels. More animations and transition effects are added to weather widget to stimulate user’s sensibility. Diverse gestures enabled by gyro sensor will offer unique fun of running the apps.
