A top-down comprehensive strategy is put forward: by building three major rings, connecting, integrating and activating the resources of all parties within the ring; shaping the sense of tourism goals, generating expectations, and completing consumption transformation; driving the optimization of industries along the line to enhance the tourism competitiveness of Liyang City.
