“Life Passageway” is a small, triangular tunnel laid under expressways so that the small animals living in that area can travel through them without being hit by vehicles. According the estimation of HSUS, there are more than 1 million animals killed in traffic accidents every day. “Life Passageway” does not only reduce road kill, it also makes driving on the expressways safer. In addition, the triangle shape makes the structure more stable. Individual modules can be easily combined to accommodate different road widths.
