Transparent displays have technical limitations that make it difficult to properly express black colors due to the light from the back. To solve this problem, a structural solution that can shield light depending on the content is essential. Lifestyle display's design sublimated the essential light-shielding structure required for such transparent displays into the characteristics of living products. Thin wooden slate mounted on the display frame rotates to shield the rear light. The slates are opened when not used, so that Lifestyle display can act like a wood partition, not an electronic product.
