Due to the side-by-side positioning, windows are only available at the front and back which generally causes the problem of an unventilated, humid and dark inside. This case is one out of a pattern. Based on the creative design, this townhouse also offers the possibility for full lightening and ventilation. With this small space the dream house of overall living and studio function comes true. Living in the wide and spacious house, the host and hostess are able to sense each other everywhere. Sunlight, air and people pass through the space without being isolated by floors.
