Cutlery

WMF Group GmbH

The Tipo cutlery features a design that is a reference to geometrically defined esthetics at a human scale. Initially this cutlery appears like a formalistic exercise. In the process of detailed perception it reveals subtle detailing. All proportions are defined conscientiously creating a visual and haptic balance. Corners and edges are precise, but also carefully rounded and chamfered. The underside of the handles is gently curved exactly where it is held in the hand. The design of the Tipo cutlery leads to a product with a reduced esthetic complexity, but increased sensual presence as a contribution to the quality of everyday life.
