Fins for the arms

Swimming without aid is rather slow and inefficient. The speed can be increased by use of foot fins, but the leg muscles will be heavily stressed. Using as additional aid the Liquix arm fins the swimmer will obtain a still higher speed and by coordination of arm and leg movements a steady and less stressing capacity of the body muscles. This will be of benefit to long distance swimmers and frogmen who hereby can cover longer distances with the same effort. Also swimming under water is faster and less demanding. This will be of advantage to divers without breathing aid (apnoe divers). Persons handicapped by having lost one or two legs or possibly even paraplegics can make use of the arm fins for swimming and training their muscles.
