Window display

The motif of the window art is "Strata.”The strata present the very time that the earth has lived, and we are kept alive by its virtues.By expressing strong / beautiful life force of the strata, we wished to create a window art that would move the fundamental part of the human being's heart.Six small windows display the work of Mineko Kato, chef-pâtissier of the restaurant "FARO".The strata of the earth contain a variety of living creatures and even the traces of the environment in which they had lived. She has imagined and expressed the scents and landscapes that are carved in each and every layer of the strata.
