LOFT254
Old Town Experimental Architecture
Loft254 is a project to create a designer office. Based on the lack of open space in old residential areas, walking environment problems and sustainability, loft254 remodeled existing houses to empty parking spaces, create open spaces for residents, and provide pedestrians with mirrors during the day and lighting effects at night through the lower glass windows of the building. In addition, the upper opening was designed in consideration of the privacy of surrounding houses. In terms of environmental improvement and resource recycling for aging areas, our project is more meaningful in that it is an individual's attempt, not the government.
