We have created an inexpensive, credible and discreet wireless headset with excellent audio quality and built-in media controls. The users appearance on video calls is never dominated by the headset. The light-weight design provides a high level of comfort for extended use. Seven critical functions are integrated on the ear cup within limited space. Usability is optimized by positioning controls as tactile touch points that can be used blind. Featuring a discreet behind-the-head style, the focus is on the person and communicating, not the headset. Research established the fundamentals, underpinning the final design.
