Service design

Veryday was engaged by the Singapore Government to be their service design partner. Together with the DesignSingapore Council and National Council of Social Service (NCSS) we've created and developed social innovations to improve everyday life for people with disabilities. By using inclusive design at the core of the design process, we've gained crucial insights of how 24+ informants live, work and play. Further, we mapped out eight opportunity areas, using an innovative approach by looking at the abilities of our informants, to find and assess areas of improvement. Our main goal has been to create a meaningful life for people with disabilities.
