LOVE EARTH, SWITCH OFF

Interactive public art

"LOVE EARTH, SWITCH OFF" is an interactive media artwork that depicts nature's regeneration on a 22m-high, U-shaped LED screen. The designers wanted to improve awareness of environmental issues through this work that also involves audience participation. Participants can turn off the light on the screen using their smartphones. The screen is an immersive experience that gives the impression of turning off the light directly. When the viewers turn all lights off, nature's regeneration begins. By depicting surreal spaces and natural landscapes in anamorphic technique, the installation creates a dramatic space between the real and the unreal.
