Lufthansa First Class Dining Experience

Airplane dining set

Deutsche Lufthansa AG

With this modular concept, Lufthansa offers a high-class onboard service that will provide First Class passengers with a restaurant-like dining experience. As part of the Dine on Demand project, it allows travelers to choose their individual dishes from the service trolley. The Starter Plate, made from Dibbern’s Fine Bone China, includes three small bowls for salad and appetizers and allows for a mix and match approach. The 'Jausenplatte' (Austrian dialect for a snack plate) represents an elegant combination of Dibbern porcelain and ash wood. As a modern interpretation of a traditional, hearty Jause/snack, it’s perfect for offering cold cuts such as cheese or sausage to world travelers.
