Luna phase stamp insulin pen injection

medical product design

To assist individuals who rely on insulin injections, particularly children, in accurately managing their injection sites, the injection pen has been innovatively designed with a lunar phase stamp system. This unique feature marks the skin with different positions after each injection, forming a subtle and evolving pattern that resembles the phases of the moon. This system allows both parents and children to easily identify the last injection site and select a new one, thereby minimizing the risk of bruising and discomfort from repeated injections in the same area. It also helps mitigate the stigma associated with visible injection marks.
