The portable MacBook is 1.08 inches thick and features a 13.3-inch glossy widescreen display that’s 79 percent brighter with 30 percent more viewing area than the iBook before it. The MacBook is powered by a 1.83GHz or 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and comes in a durable white or black enclosure made of polycarbonate. MacBook features an iSight camera built into the display bezel for instant video conferencing or use of the included iChat AV, iMovie HD, and Photo Booth software. In addition, it has a new power adapter with a MagSafe connector, providing a magnetic connection instead of a physical one.
