In order to expand beyond an initial set of 20 icons, the 'icon-as-a-service' concept was born, tapping into the creative power of employees. This collaborative approach of requesting and co-creating icons has since resulted in a dynamic icon library, now boasting 1,200+ icons – and growing. This process has increased brand engagement and adoption, reflecting a thriving, employee-empowered culture, where every team member can shape and strengthen the brand’s presence.
