I developed the Maria armchair by combining traditional Brazilian woodworking with high-precision CNC machining. I created a solid wood structure with organic lines, refined by hand, while the upholstered structure offers ergonomic comfort and emotional warmth. I named the piece after my daughters, symbolizing home, resilience, and family. By combining refined craftsmanship with contemporary techniques, my goal was to create a timeless piece that offers technical excellence and a profound sensory experience. I used reconstituted leather developed by a partner company in Brazil.
