Marquise Minhocão

Place branding

More than 45 years after it was builded, Minhocão is one of the main responsible for the São Paulo center abandon. Although Brazil is worldwide known for its colors and happiness, its biggest city is yet known for its coldness and greyness. Marquise Minhocão is the very first project that brings back life and colors for the center, through arts, sports and events. The first project that believes in a new perspective to color the city with the colors it already has, but which faded through the years. With all of that, the project’s identity couldn’t be different and less colorful.
