Upcycled Trophy

McTrophy, the first trophy made from crew uniforms, emerged as a sustainable and meaningful innovation after McDonald's Korea unveiled new crew uniforms for the first time in 6 years. With thousands of old uniforms left behind, as a brand committed to sustainable sourcing, more recycling, fostering respectful workplace and growth among the crews, McDonald's wanted to upcycle these uniforms, rather than disposing, in a way that was both harmless to the planet and meaningful to the brand. These uniforms were transformed into unique trophies leveraging fabric-to-construction-panel technology, creating lasting mementos of the crew's dedication.
