Medicart
Medical self-driving cart
The typical medication carts used in large hospitals have many problems. Typically, their volume is so large that they are inconvenient to move, and the process of organizing and sorting medicines is very complicated. We present the ‘Medi Cart’, designed to improve the work efficiency of nurses who have become even busier due to COVID-19. With self-driving functions, carts can be moved without much effort. Connecting with the pneumatic carrier tube system, the medicine capsule is inserted directly into the cart to reduce the preparation stage of the medicine. At the same time, bar-code information reduces confusion between patients and medicines.
It is a great idea to use a robotic device to ease the strain on nursing staff in the medical industry.
