Mechanical watch

New from NOMOS Glashütte, Metro 33 sage is a mechanical watch in a small size. It offers a combination of traditional craftsmanship and an innovative caliber in a slim stainless steel case. The slender bezel, domed sapphire crystal on both sides, fine dial design with tapered hands, and the beautifully shaped wire lugs are all striking features. The crown has a knurled texture to it, emulating the grip of watchmaking tools. There are very few mechanical wristwatches of this size and quality at this (democratic) price point. To this day, smaller watches are often intended to be primarily decorative or feature simpler quartz movements.
